We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects and helping customers adopt SAP best practices to optimize their processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions
- Help customers optimize their business processes and implement optimized processes
- Review and propose solutions for detailed level business processes
- Support project bids and create presentations and demos for customers
- Ensure usage of newest technology like SAP Business AI
Requirements
- Bachelors or master's degree in a relevant field
- Well-developed customer focus and strong customer service skills
- Strong experience in logistics and supply chain functions and industries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open personality and professional communication style
- Good presentation and communication skills in English
