Job Title: OSS Operations Leader - Shanghai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OSS Operations Leader to join our team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sub-contracted OSS activities, managing a local core team, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sub-contracted OSS activities to achieve customer expectations
  • Support recruitment of a local core team with relevant skillset
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge within the team
  • Consolidate team planning, including on-call periods, holidays, and shut-down periods
  • Maintain team staff job results by coaching and counseling employees
  • Contribute to team effort according to Safran standards
  • Build-up and sustain a solid customer relationship
  • Deploy operational means for adequate reactivity
  • Organize regular reviews with local sub-contractors
  • Issue weekly flash reports to Home Base
  • Support regular meetings with internal and external customers
  • Support QRQC sessions and quality audits
  • Support achievement of financial objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Experience in direct and/or transverse management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Experience in Aerospace is required
  • Competent with MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of ERP (e.g. SAP) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and summarize information
  • Strong financial acumen

Working Conditions:

  • Fluent communication in English language is required
  • Full-time employment
  • Occasional traveling outside of China may be required
  • Protracted or irregular hours may be required
