Cathay Pacific Airways Limited seeks an innovative and user-focused Digital Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and intuitive digital experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end user experiences across multiple platforms, including websites, apps, and touch-points.
  • Lead user research, including contextual interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes to bring designs to life.
  • Maintain and refine UX and UI pattern libraries and design guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Drive quality standards, process, and deliverables to ensure exceptional design outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of work-related experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Chinese a definite plus.
  • Experience conducting user research, including contextual interviews and usability testing.
  • World-class interaction and visual design skills, with the ability to design intuitive interfaces.
  • In-depth knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
  • Mastery of design and experience tools, including Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
