JadeClass Education is a reputable English language training center that provides high-quality education to Chinese students planning to attend university abroad. Our students range from 6-16 years old and are carefully selected based on their English level, behavior, and motivation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine high-quality curriculum materials
  • Create new, comprehensive courses and assessments
  • Deliver a wide range of content to students
  • Provide constructive feedback to students

We value our teachers' time and energy, so course development and grading time are built into your schedule. Our comprehensive class materials reduce planning time, and our support team tracks student performance, allowing you to focus on your curriculum objectives and teaching.

School Schedule

During the spring and fall semesters, our schedule is as follows:

  • 16 hours of teaching per week on Saturday and Sunday
  • 24 hours of office work per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays

During our 6-week summer session, teachers have their teaching hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and their office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Minimum two years' teaching experience (with references). A degree in education or a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL can replace teaching experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with common teaching methods and an insight into how students learn
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently
  • Positive attitude with an ability to receive criticism and adapt to new methodologies
