Position Overview

As a key player in our Medical Affairs team, you will be responsible for delivering clinical insights and evidence to enhance business growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by providing timely and relevant clinical information based on the latest advancements in therapeutic areas.
  • Conduct thorough medical reviews of promotional and educational materials related to our product portfolio, ensuring that all content is accurate, balanced, and supported by evidence.
  • Create scientific resources and deliver presentations aimed at customers to effectively communicate our medical knowledge.
  • Facilitate training sessions on our technologies and relevant therapeutic areas to enhance understanding among stakeholders.
  • Support marketing and professional education initiatives by offering medical expertise and insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to design, implement, and monitor studies and clinical cases in partnership with HCPs and the sales team.
  • Work alongside marketing teams to develop or validate medical content for various marketing tools and communications.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or clinical medicine from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in literature review and clinical information retrieval.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Published at least one essay at the national level.
  • Experience in training and development.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of engaging an audience in both group and individual settings.
  • Proactive in mentoring others by providing constructive feedback and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion and achieve key objectives.
  • Preferred knowledge of wound care.
  • Strong proficiency in numerical analysis and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
