Job Title: International PrincipalAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary International Principal to lead our school in Ningbo, China. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the school's strategic development, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the school's senior leadership team and ensure effective implementation of the school's strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and pedagogical approaches that align with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of international staff.
  • Collaborate with the Chinese Principal to ensure effective communication and coordination between international and Chinese staff.
  • Ensure the school's compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and the wider community.
  • Represent the school at local and international events.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in education, preferably in international schools.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in international schools.
  • Proven track record of successful school improvement, curriculum development, and innovation.
  • Experience in a Cambridge school and in China would be an advantage.
  • Fluent command of English language.
