We are seeking a highly skilled Live Broadcast Manager to join our Asia Seller Education team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing live broadcast enhancement initiatives to optimize mechanism management efficiency, content quality, and user satisfaction for all target audience populations in Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure webinar program success and premium user experience.
- Build and execute mechanisms to gather and analyze voice of customer to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate webinar effectiveness and implement improvement ideas.
The Asia Seller Education team strives to provide world-class education programs to empower sellers start and grow their business on Amazon globally. We deliver high-quality education when and where sellers need it and drive innovation to optimize seller experience over time.
Requirements- 5+ years of project/program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Proficiency in communicating complex ideas and project status to stakeholders, team members, and executives, both verbally and in writing in English/Chinese.
- Proficiency in data analysis and generating insights to evaluate live broadcast performance and implement improvement ideas.
