Senior Live Broadcast Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Live Broadcast Manager to join our dynamic Asia Seller Education team at Amazon Global Selling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of live broadcast educational content for critical domains, aligning with our business objectives and seller educational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and own the live broadcast educational content roadmap for critical domains, ensuring alignment with AGS business objectives and seller educational needs.
- Build and execute content development mechanisms to create synergy with cross-functional teams, ensuring work efficiency and productivity while retaining content quality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to stay updated with critical program progress and priority, reflecting the latest changes in current education content.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop critical program content GTM initiatives, driving content consumption.
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate critical program content performance and implement improvement ideas.
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Our Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers' success and growth on Amazon.
Requirements- 7+ years of project/program management experience, including managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and excellent working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, refine, and implement critical domain content strategy and roadmap.
- Proficiency in communicating complex ideas and project status to stakeholders, team members, and executives, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in problem-solving capability and driving insights from data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the cross-border ecommerce landscape, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges of export ecommerce operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
