About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Riot Games. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our live game services, working closely with our partners to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement release planning and deployment processes to ensure timely and successful game updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our development pipeline and improve our continuous deployment process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of release details, informing stakeholders and facilitating discussions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bridge the gap between development and operations, making decisions that impact the live service and our players.
  • Establish and maintain best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the live operation of our game, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and release excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Release Manager or related role in the game industry.
  • Experience submitting to mobile and/or console app stores.
  • Strong project management skills and pipeline management.
  • Experience working with ITIL/DevOps practices and procedures in a SaaS environment.
  • Bilingual Fluency: English and Mandarin.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with full-lifecycle feature or product release, from ideation to launch.
  • Experience in overseas games release.
