Position Overview

Role Summary: The role involves assisting in the establishment and execution of office and retail projects and programs, spanning from initial feasibility assessments to design, procurement, construction, and successful project handover. You will act as a project manager representing the end-user client, proactively managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Support the project lead to ensure client objectives are achieved through effective project management services.
  • Aid the project lead in managing commissions to meet quality standards and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist the project lead in ensuring service delivery aligns with the terms of engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
  • Track and document project progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensure document control and manage the flow of project information.
  • Prepare project management progress reports and other essential documentation for client presentation.
  • Serve as a key liaison among all stakeholders, engaging with clients, consultants, end users, and authorities throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to project planning, including the development of a detailed project delivery charter.
  • Assist in establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems for project execution.
  • Support post-contract commercial oversight.
  • Manage the change control process, tracking and documenting all change requests, quotations, and approvals.
  • Monitor overall project finances.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing project management processes, procedures, templates, and deliverables, referring suggestions to the appropriate line manager.
  • Ensure that all relevant parties are informed about quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, design, construction, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or high-tech manufacturing project management is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Project software and capable of managing design and construction permitting applications.
  • A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • English is the primary working language.
