Your Opportunity

Oversee daily operations for the entire Sidel portfolio, from identifying business opportunities to finalizing contracts and initiating projects. Collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate optimal technical solutions that enhance profitability for Sidel.

Your Mission

  • Analyze customer requirements and align them with Sidel's offerings.
  • Develop project specifications, cost estimates, installation timelines, contract modifications, and order confirmations.
  • Create budget proposals and commercial offers in partnership with the Sales team, preparing for negotiations.
  • Guarantee technical support for projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to the customer.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technical communications with Sidel stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of profit margins from Order Intake to Project Kick Off/Financial Kick Off.
  • Provide directives to the Design office regarding project definitions and layouts.
  • Ensure comprehensive data collection for project initiation and transition to Project Execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans in accordance with contracts and proposals.
  • Update and maintain project management reporting tools (including document filing in SAP).
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Sales experience in a related industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language relevant to the geographical area is a plus.
