Job Summary

QIMA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and factories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process and handle orders, including quotation, entry into system, queries, and follow-up, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to answer queries related to audits, inspections, and lab testing, and provide updates on order status.
  • Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers and factories on daily inspection issues and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • CRM Management: Enter contacts into our CRM database and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Invoice Follow-up: Follow up on past due invoices with the objective of recovering payments as soon as possible while maintaining a good relationship with clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: University graduate with a major in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English and knowledge of the EU market or experience with clients from that region is a bonus.
  • Personal Qualities: Hard-working personality with a positive attitude, high efficiency and organization skills, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
