As a Senior Client Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site or remote instrument maintenance, calibration, certification, and repair services. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and restoring functionality to instruments such as Agilent GC, LC, Single Quad MSD, and Waters HPLC/UPLC systems. This role demands a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues while managing project-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Instrument Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on Agilent and Waters instruments. Identify and rectify technical problems swiftly to minimize operational downtime. Ensure that all instruments are calibrated and operating in accordance with established specifications.

Project Management and Coordination
Oversee AMS-Contract projects, ensuring that all outcomes align with client expectations. Collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to effectively manage resources and timelines.

Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive service records and reports for all maintenance activities. Update and document standard operating procedures related to instrument upkeep.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with a strong foundation in laboratory equipment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in instrument repair, ideally with OEM training and familiarity with Agilent GC, LC, Single Quad MSD, and Waters HPLC/UPLC systems.

Demonstrated capability to independently diagnose and resolve instrument issues.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate service schedules, manage third-party vendors, and maintain accurate service documentation.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.

Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
