Position Overview:

As an integral part of our team at CJ Smart Cargo, you will be responsible for fostering and enhancing relationships with our overseas partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations across international logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen overseas agency networks, ensuring a collaborative and productive relationship with international agents.
  • Respond to inquiries from overseas agents, providing timely quotations based on their service needs and delivering effective transportation solutions.
  • Manage overseas agency orders, overseeing operations, tracking shipments, and promptly communicating order status updates.

Additionally, you will:
  • Assist overseas agents in maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to other project cargo clients within the organization.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Preferred fields of study include international logistics, trade, transportation, or navigation.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Knowledge of container shipping processes is required.
  • Familiarity with roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) shipping and bulk cargo handling is advantageous.

Experience:
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility, teamwork, and proactive initiative.
  • Established relationships with suppliers, particularly shipping companies, are a plus.
