Client Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales expertise to achieve the organization's sales objectives and actively pursue new client opportunities;
- Promote the primary regional engineering project logistics services offered by the company;
- Ensure timely recovery of accounts in accordance with company policies;
- Build and sustain customer relationships, maintaining regular communication with key clients and conducting frequent visits;
- Oversee the nurturing and expansion of the company's current client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics management, or English is preferred;
- A minimum of two years of direct customer engagement experience in a similar sector, with proficiency in English at level 4;
- Experience in project logistics is advantageous;
- Proficient in creating presentations and using Excel;
- Exhibit integrity, a willingness to learn, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the logistics field;
