Oversee the complete order lifecycle independently, collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate order processing and delivery.Establish effective communication channels with designated clients, maintaining regular updates with key internal stakeholders regarding order status.Proactively drive simplification and digitalization of order processes.Monitor and manage essential KPIs (e.g., MOV, MOQ, delivery frequency) to ensure order precision.Act as a pivotal stakeholder in process enhancement and efficiency improvements, balancing customer requirements with organizational benefits.Conduct regular performance analyses for MOV/MOQ/DF and devise improvement strategies for respective clients.Continuously gather customer feedback for the Customer Care Program (CCP) and collaborate with the CCP project team to enhance customer experiences and optimize functionalities.Advocate for the CCP as a proactive customer management tool.Client Management & Collaboration
Possess familiarity with customer management systems, processes, and policies in the Greater China region, executing annual plans for key clients independently.Deliver high-quality, standardized services to clients, promptly addressing feedback, reporting anomalies, and providing effective solutions.Comprehend the business models of assigned clients, identifying their key requirements and establishing optimal processes to meet their needs.Monitor monthly order forecasts for assigned clients, generating regular reports and following up on action plans based on these forecasts.Serve as the primary contact for managing customer claims independently.Utilize available data to assess and monitor client performance.Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business Administration.Skills and Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and regions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and proposing clear, actionable solutions.Self-motivated, open-minded, and diligent with a proactive approach.Willingness to embrace challenges and drive decision-making processes.Effective conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify key issues and propose suitable solutions for alignment.Good risk management acumen, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Language Proficiency and Additional Skills
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Project management skills are advantageous; PMP certification is a plus.Experience with SAP or major ERP systems is preferred.Additional Considerations
