Your Team

As a new Client Application Specialist, you will join the Customer Services division. This team is dedicated to ensuring operational continuity. They proactively address challenges before they escalate into issues and guarantee seamless maintenance and upgrades. The team provides user support, comprehensive documentation, and long-term application oversight to ensure everything operates efficiently.

Your Profile

We seek an individual who fulfills the following criteria:

  • A master's degree (or equivalent experience) with a keen interest in information technology.
  • A dedicated relationship-builder who enjoys fostering long-term connections with clients.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Possesses analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to delve into details.
  • A collaborative team member who can also work autonomously.
  • Capable of structured work and adherence to procedures while continuously seeking improvement. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with the OMP Solution.
