Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, campaigns, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Planning and Development: Collaborate with clients to build briefs, develop ideas, tactics, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Account Growth and Development: Drive business value for clients, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering high-quality work.
  • Client Growth and Leadership: Identify opportunities for cross-sells and upsells, pitch win-win solutions, and lead the client services team to achieve growth and success.
  • New Business Support: Contribute to and participate in new business pitches, helping to drive growth and expansion.
