Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Koch Engineered Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for the feasibility review of mechanical products, programming, machining processes, designing fixtures and jigs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the manufacturing engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to ensure the successful launch of new products and processes.
  • Lead the development of technical specifications for new machines and fixtures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to technicians and operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CNC workshop production, including programming and process documentation.
  • Support the development of suppliers, providing professional judgment on fixture design and tool design and management.
  • Lead the qualification and trial run of new machines, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the global manufacturing engineering team to share best practices and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • College degree or above in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in machining area, with a strong understanding of FANUC and Siemens CNC systems.
  • Proficiency in Esprit CNC programming software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
