About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our Client Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and operations, responding to escalated issues and communicating resolutions to clients.
  • Monitor metrics around inquiries and resolve issues at the point of contact, escalating unresolved issues to senior management as needed.
  • Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality services.
  • Drive project work to improve client service and lead continuous evaluation of team operations.
  • Review operating standards and drive innovation, strategic opportunities, and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate key messages to relevant parties and assist with compliance and fiduciary reviews.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take on responsibility and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong change agent with ability to adapt to changing processes and business requirements.
  • Strong technical, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience in custody, fund accounting, or fund administration with significant exposure to both BAU tasks and client services.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others to achieve corporate goals.
  • High level of professional maturity and ability to communicate with clients, managers, and peers.
  • Previous financial services experience and market knowledge.
