Alpha Client Data Integration Specialist, AVP

About the Role
State Street's Alpha Transaction Management team is seeking a skilled professional to support the development and maintenance of services and product offerings focused on Transaction Management. As a Transaction Management Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand client operating models and identify data gaps
- Load and reconcile client static data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, and business units
- Provide subject matter expertise on Transaction Management standard data modeling, transaction processing, and product knowledge
- Assist in identifying and resolving data-related issues, ensuring seamless integration with standard operating models
- Support ongoing project management, including onboarding plans, project timelines, and issue logs
- Continuously look for opportunities to automate processes and reduce operational risk
Requirements
- 5-10 years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office functionality, analytics, and applications
- Strong working knowledge of Listed and Unlisted products and Transaction Management middle office services
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordingly
