Alpha Professional Service Test Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Tester to join our team at State Street. As a Business Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze portfolio data requirements for end-to-end test validations and create test data strategies for client reporting.
- Conduct testing activities against business requirements or client requests.
- Proactively communicate with Business and IT teams to identify issues.
- Execute thorough regression testing to minimize the risk of defects leaking into production environments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant Financial Industry experience, preferably in Investment Management or Asset Management.
- Experience in implementing large client onboardings with complex architecture, multiple teams, and functionalities.
- Knowledge/experience in Front Office OMS, Transaction processing, Middle Office Recordkeeping, and IBOR is essential.
- Balance of Technical/Business & Quality Assurance.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.
- Knowledge in standard Alpha applications is a plus, such as CRIMS, RKS, GTM, OTC, ESP, ADP, etc.
