Job Title: Business Test Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Test Manager to join our team at State Street. As a Business Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing joint test strategies with clients and stakeholders across all in-scope workstreams for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze portfolio data requirements for end-to-end test validations and create test data strategies for end-client reporting.
- Conduct activities to ensure that application/system products and projects meet defined quality standards.
- Lead and/or conduct testing activities against business requirements or client requests.
- Proactively communicate with Business teams and IT teams to identify issues.
- Provide regular status updates and supporting project management reports as directed.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry or global consulting firm, preferably in Middle Office business processing, Investment management, or Asset management areas.
- Experience in Charles River implementations and test coordination with Front office users.
- Domain knowledge and ability to understand various instrument types, such as Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, FX, and OTC Derivatives.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Software development life cycle experience is a must.
