Alpha Client Data Integration Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our Alpha Client Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding client operating models, gathering static data, and loading and reconciling client data onto our Transaction Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client operating models to assist in static data gathering
- Identify gaps in client static data prior to loading onto our Transaction Management systems
- Load and reconcile client static data as part of the environment build-out process
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders in Operations, Technology, and business units that focus on Transaction Management servicing
- Understand Transaction Management standard data modeling, transaction processing, and product knowledge to facilitate architecture, design, and integration
- Work directly with Transaction Management implementation leads to detail and understand trade flows for all in-scope financial instruments in support of each Alpha client implementation
- Assist in identifying gaps in the transaction management process so they are fully tracked through to delivery, testing, and final incorporation into the standard operating model
- Support ongoing project management whenever needed, including onboarding plans, project timelines, issue logs, conversion approach, post-go-live efforts
- Ensure processes are automated wherever possible and continue to look for new transformation opportunities to increase automation and reduce operational risk
- Provide ongoing support to Test and BAU teams in regard to static data setup and functionality
- Ensure all processes are fully documented from both a setup perspective and a market knowledge SME perspective
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Listed and Unlisted products and Transaction Management middle office services
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordingly
- Proven history of query investigation and resolution
- Strong analytical, reconcilement, and organizational skills
