About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Mobile Gaming Growth to join our team at 2K. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our mobile gaming business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive user acquisition and retention, leveraging data analytics and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize live operations, enhance player community support, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with development partners to develop in-game features and monetization strategies that boost player engagement and lifetime value.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and deliver insightful reports to senior management, highlighting relevant risks and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Community Management, Consumer Insights, and Customer Service to align player feedback with the product roadmap, ensuring player needs are at the forefront of growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in driving growth initiatives in the core mobile gaming sector.
  • Deep understanding of integrated growth marketing strategies, including paid, organic, and ASO.
  • Proven ability to develop holistic strategies, backed by strong analytical skills and consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship, goal-setting, and performance management.
  • Solid experience in budget management and financial oversight, with the ability to make data-driven resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
