About the Role

At 2K, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Management team in driving mobile gaming success. As the Director of Growth PM, you'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing live operations, and enhancing player community support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Management team in developing proposals for product enhancement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to optimize campaigns and creatives.
  • Partner with Community Management, Consumer Insights, and Customer Service to align player feedback with the product roadmap.
  • Oversee the Profit and Loss statement, managing budgets for marketing and third-party development resources.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in driving growth initiatives in the core mobile gaming sector.
  • Comprehensive growth marketing knowledge, including paid, organic, and ASO.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong analytical skills and consumer insights.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on mentorship, goal-setting, and performance management.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven resource allocation and investment decisions.
