Mobile Advertising Growth Strategist

We're looking for a Publisher Development Director to join our growing Open Marketplace team in APAC. This role involves initiating, negotiating, and closing mobile advertising and monetization agreements with leading mobile applications and publishing companies.
This position requires identifying new prospects, developing new publisher relationships within the mobile industry across gaming and non-gaming communities, and understanding publishers' business models and technical features to pitch strategies for creating incremental value.
The ideal candidate will have previous selling/business development experience, a solid client, ad network, or exchange experience demonstrating expertise in second-screen advertising, and experience with monetization, client management, business development, and strategy within the AdTech space.
A strong relationship management skillset, self-motivation, and a deep interest in hunting for new business opportunities are essential for this role.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of Salesforce, written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
In return, we offer a competitive salary estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, bonus incentives, remote working options, and 1 month of Work From Anywhere benefits.
