About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Game Development Director Lead to oversee the development of our next-generation games. This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute game development strategies, including establishing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game development, including 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including experience with agile methodologies.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
