Senior Sustaining Engineer

Job Summary
As a key member of the manufacturing Engineering team at Copeland, you will focus on sustaining projects to ensure continuous improvement of processing and support on production.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Understand product design, manufacturing process, and quality control points, providing technical support to the production team.
- Handle red lights and work closely with cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing problems related to process, material, and equipment.
- Continuously improve productivity and quality using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Work with suppliers to develop and implement automation and IoT solutions to drive factory efficiency.
- Other assignments as required by the company.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering discipline or a combination of related experience and education.
- Minimum years of experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and six sigma tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
