Your Responsibilities

Key duties include:

  • Executing the market strategy for your division.
  • Managing sales of compressor equipment and meeting sales objectives in your designated region through personal efforts and a dealer network.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new clients and distributors within the specified industry.
  • Providing timely and precise sales and market insights to the Sales Manager.
  • Conducting technical training sessions for key accounts and dealers.
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers and dealers in your territory to enhance sales efforts.
  • Ensuring compliance with company credit policies regarding account receivables.
  • Coordinating with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams.
  • Collaborating with the aftermarket team to deliver exceptional post-sales service to clients.
  • Maintaining communication with the logistics team to guarantee orderly delivery of equipment.
  • Engaging with the product team to secure necessary product support.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in machinery sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team spirit, self-motivation, goal orientation, and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driving license.
