We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist - AI Solutions to join our team of scientists, clinicians, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate algorithms in Deep Learning and traditional image processing methods to solve clinical demands.
  • Closely collaborate with business partners to understand and drive AI solutions.
  • Work with clinical partners to understand clinical challenges and develop innovative technical concepts.
  • Develop efficient metrics to evaluate algorithmic efficacy and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and select optimal technologies for AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in Deep Learning and traditional image processing methods.
  • Proficiency in Python and ability to quickly prototype in C++.
  • 3+ years of experience in building medical imaging AI solutions, preferably in major clinical domains like cardiovascular, neurovascular, or oncology.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical image and big data analysis in mature and market-leading industry AI products.
  • Strong ability to proactively search novel technologies to improve solution performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education:

  • Ph.D. in an engineering or science field like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Math with at least 3 years of industry experience.
  • Alternative: MSc. in an engineering or science field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
