Job Description

The Senior Manager, Legal Services will be part of the Marriott Law Department, providing support to attorneys in business ethics and legal compliance. This role will involve case filing, tracking, and administrative reporting, as well as due diligence legal research, forensic evidence screening, internal training, and communication materials.



This position requires a high degree of competence and familiarity with digital tools and applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and virtual collaborations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in both English and Chinese, as well as solid administrative and organization skills in supporting supervisors and attorneys.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A good academic record with a law degree in PRC or its equivalent abroad;
  • 7-10 years' substantial paralegal or other equivalent experience at law firms or corporations;
  • Solid analytical, writing, and communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Strong administrative and organization skills in supporting supervisors and attorneys;
  • A high degree of competence and familiarity with digital tools and applications;
  • A team player with the ability to integrate and balance priorities for the benefit of multiple stakeholders;
  • An active learner who can enhance personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experiences;

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
