Job Title: Service Sales Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Officer to join our team at KCC KONE Elevators Co. Ltd. As a Service Sales Officer, you will be responsible for creating opportunities proactively and driving sales growth through telesales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively create and develop customer relationships to identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify and communicate leads and sales opportunities to the KONE sales team
  • Renegotiate and convert maintenance contracts, and sell VB repairs through campaigns
  • Responsible for making courtesy calls and ensuring successful conversions with existing and new maintenance customers
  • Drive execution of individual sales plans and gather relevant market and competitor information
  • Renegotiate expiring contracts, respond to cancellation risks, and resolve issues
  • Monitor and resolve suspended contracts, handle complaints and queries, and support the finance function in money collection
  • Support sales people, qualify leads, and plan and schedule visits for farmers
  • Coordinate technical problems with supervisors and technicians, and monitor leads and new opportunities in CRM
  • Follow up on customers not visited, call and identify level of satisfaction and opportunity, and document customer and contact information
Responsibilities in Modernization Sales:
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on existing modernization opportunities while calling customers for maintenance topics
  • Sell VB Repairs in campaigns, follow up on modernization opportunities forecasted for the month, and push for appointments with salespeople
  • Identify inspection and KONE Care for Life (C4L) opportunities and push for negotiation, and coordinate with supervisors/technicians when site surveys are required
Potential Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support hunters in booking appointments, generating leads in LIO, and using KONE Tools
  • Call customers based on target lists, fix appointments, inform hunters about appointments, and update CRM according to communication from hunters on outcomes of meetings
  • Create opportunities and offers with basic information wherever required
