- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales, or relevant.
- Familiarity with crane industry business is preferred.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Goal-oriented and sales-driven.
- Positive attitude and self-confidence.
