Job Summary

W. R. Grace & Co. is seeking a Sales Manager, Licensing to lead our Licensing Sales team in the Asia-Pacific region. This role reports to the Commercial Director, Licensing & Services and is responsible for UNIPOL PP licensing & services sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for new licenses and services in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Lead the licensing opportunity sales team throughout the selling process, including setting win strategies, pursuing internal approvals, and presenting to prospect licensees.
  • Develop and obtain commercial terms for individual customers and create proposals for License Agreements and other contractual documents.
  • Maintain lead commercial connection to licensees through project execution, start-up and post-start-up period.
  • Manage and report timely and accurate sales forecast for the opportunities pipeline in the assigned region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior executive level customers representatives.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin.
