About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agreement Sales Representative to join our team at Konecranes. As a key member of our ISE organization, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for agreement-based services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through our products and services.
  • Provide optimized maintenance solutions for customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term service agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 3 years' sales experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales, or relevant.
  • Familiarity with crane industry business is preferred.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and English language skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven.
  • Positive attitude and self-confidence.
