Job Summary


We are seeking an Agreement Sales Representative to join our team at Konecranes. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development.



Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:




  • Developing the sales funnel for new service contracts using Siebel CRM
  • Providing optimized maintenance solutions for customer needs
  • Obtaining new customers through our products or services, with the goal of signing them to a long-term service agreement
  • Producing a sales target list and identifying new growth within your area of responsibility
  • Completing other duties assigned by your line manager


Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years' sales experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales, or relevant
  • Familiarity with the crane industry business is preferred
  • Good influencing skills to persuade and close deals
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with good English skills in both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven
  • Positive attitude and self-confidence
