VAT, a leading international developer, manufacturer, and supplier of high-performance high-end vacuum valves and vacuum sealing technology, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for innovation, efficiency, and ambition. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for sales responsibility for the assigned sales area and/or key customers, sales-oriented support and acquisition of new customers, and share of wallet increase with existing accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibility for the assigned sales area and/or key customers
  • Sales-oriented support and acquisition of new customers
  • Share of wallet increase with existing accounts
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the Business Units to close agreements with large customers
  • Technical and commercial development of highly customized solutions and offers
  • Preparation of offers, ensuring further offer tracking and closing
  • Monitoring of the market in relation to competitors as well as technical and commercial trends
  • Planning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQ
  • Participation in regular sales meetings and assistance in determining the short and medium-term sales planning
  • Complaint recording, forwarding to customer service and ensuring customer-oriented processing
