About this role:

VAT is seeking a skilled Vacuum Valve Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for assembling and testing vacuum valves to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assemble vacuum valves and valve components with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform functional leak tests to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any leakage issues during the testing process.
  • Conduct visual inspections of supplied components and report any defects or abnormalities.
  • Perform final inspections and customize packaging for shipment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements and skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vacuum valve technology and manufacturing processes.
