Sales Account Management Professional

About this role:
The purpose of this position is to drive business growth, explore new channels in Beijing's suburbs, and manage sales work in the region (including sales targets, sales activities, and cost supervision). The region is responsible for managing the GT channel in the Beijing area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, execute plans, and achieve all business objectives
- Develop business plans for clients and open direct channels, including dealers, wholesalers, and Tier 2 clients
- Manage and control budgets, ensuring effective and accurate usage
- Oversee inventory and logistics for dealers and stores, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist in managing inventory and accounts receivable, ensuring optimal inventory levels and controlled receivables
- Process and approve expenses, and distribute market expenses fairly, ensuring reasonable usage
- Frequently and accurately report market dynamics to the company, including market competition, issues, obstacles, and opportunities
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
- Degree above high school
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience and ability in managing dealers in Beijing's suburbs and managing wholesale channels
- Sensitivity to data analysis and ability to identify business opportunities
- Winning work attitude and sense of responsibility; ability to adapt and withstand pressure
- Ability to manage teams and motivate team members towards common goals
- Effective client management and client database establishment
- Business negotiation and communication skills
Work Requirements:
