Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and curate high-quality marketing content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.) to engage and educate customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes and programs.
  • Design and track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other marketing tools (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using customer research and data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Experience with email, web, analytics, and CRM systems for targeting and segmentation.
