Job Title: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving the development and implementation of winning brand and digital marketing strategies with a focus on China. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing impact at brand and sales levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive business results.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns and digital consumer activations/initiatives.
  • Partner with Ecommerce as a platform to connect consumer buzz and brand experience to commercial platforms.
  • Own and prepare digital marketing budget and optimize budget to be spent effectively.
  • Deliver annual integrated digital marketing calendar with big stories and always-on stories/engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive focused impact of marketing initiatives on social and digital channels.
  • Marketing activity effectiveness analyses through internal analyses based on KPI, dashboard, etc.

Requirements:

  • Digital marketing with focus on social, mobile, integrated consumer activation, and digital experience.
  • Ecommerce savvy.
  • Hands-on experience to drive digital marketing with retail brand experience.
  • Strategic planning, business sense, and budget development.
  • Team leadership and development.
  • Presentation skills.
