About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Sales Strategist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as a Product Launch Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives for assigned product lines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive business growth.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the diagnostic industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
