Qualifications

  • Degree in mechatronics, software engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales within the high-tech or automotive sectors, particularly with Tier 1 suppliers or service providers.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or software development role is essential.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong analytical, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, with excellent intercultural communication abilities.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
