Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and awareness for Dolby's products and services in the APAC region.
  • Lead Creative Content Design and Production: Oversee the development and production of creative content, including videos, graphics, and other marketing materials, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Global and Local Teams: Work closely with global and local marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Dolby's overall business objectives.
  • Manage External Vendors: Direct and manage external vendors, including agencies and freelancers, to ensure high-quality creative content and marketing materials.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and integrate them into marketing campaigns and creative content.
Requirements and Skills
  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role, with a strong portfolio in marketing campaign management, creative production, and brand development.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to conceptualize core creative, tell stories, and oversee script, talent, edit, and post-produce.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and motivate different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
