Business Operations Analyst

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Job Description:
As a Business Operations Analyst at Oracle, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Your expertise will be essential in generating actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets.
- Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources, and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
- Collaborate with other divisions, such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management, to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
