About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team at Maquet (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute product marketing strategies to promote business growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and manage product marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing, and channel strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers, to promote products and services.
  • Manage and optimize product marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement product marketing metrics and analytics to measure performance and inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including product positioning, pricing, and channel strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
