About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Solutions Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective Social CRM strategies and programs to enhance consumer loyalty and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop CRM marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth.
  • Identify key data needs for Consumer Marketing teams and contribute to segmentation and audience targeting strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on target audiences, frequency, and channels based on database analysis and performance metrics.
  • Design and implement Social CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell, and recruit consumers, leveraging insights and data.
  • Analyze customer databases and develop action plans to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of CRM experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience working in luxury brands, retail, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral communication).
  • Strong data analytics skills and market insight.
  • Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative, and experimental approach to problem-solving.
