We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to lead and manage large-scale installation projects in the Jinan area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control project risks, including safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator and construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
