Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to lead and manage numerous installation and construction projects in the Jinan area, reporting directly to the Installation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Define project objectives and oversee installation projects—monitor equipment installation, track on-site progress, and coordinate with all stakeholders both on-site and off-site.
2. Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, construction teams, engineering supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
3. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, supervising both the team and subcontractors.
4. Collaborate closely with the project team to rigorously control safety, compliance, and quality risks, adhering to local government regulations and legal requirements.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction, provide technical support, and enhance project profitability.
6. Train and supervise subcontractors (if applicable) on safety, quality, and operations to ensure standard service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:
1. Associate degree required; candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (minimum of 5 years) will be given preference.
2. Experience in the elevator and construction industry is required.
3. Safety must be your top priority.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, with the ability to contribute positively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
5. Ability to work independently, with strong computer and organizational skills, as well as a business acumen.
